Lineup Club: Membership Profiles

Objective: To offer flexible, tiered access that caters to casual players, committed enthusiasts, and junior players, while ensuring sustainable revenue for the club.

MEMBERSHIP TIERS & FEATURES

1. DAY PASS (Casual Visitor)

• Fee: R 20 (Single Entry)

• Contract: No contract. Pay-per-visit.

• Key Features & Limitations:

  • Access to club facilities for one calendar day.

  • Must be signed in by a member OR granted temporary visitor access by management.

  • Subject to all House Rules and policies.

  • Excludes: Member pricing on shop items, priority booking, member events.

  • Corkage Fee: R 50 applies if consuming personal alcohol.

2. JUNIOR STANDARD MEMBERSHIP (Ages 13-17)

• Monthly Fee: R 350

• Contract: Month-to-Month. 30-day rolling notice period for cancellation.

• Joining/Admin Fee: R 150 (one-time, non-refundable).

• Key Features:

  • Unlimited access during sscheduled hours.

  • Member pricing on club shop consumables (chalk, tips, gloves).

  • Parent/Guardian waiver and indemnity form required.

  • BYO Alcohol Policy does NOT apply. No alcohol consumption permitted.

  • May be subject to specific “Junior Hours” or require adult supervision during certain times.

3. JUNIOR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP (Ages 13-17)

• Monthly Fee: R 300 (Billed Annually)

• Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term. Paid as an annual upfront sum of R 3,600 OR via 12 monthly debit orders with a 2-month early cancellation penalty.

• Joining/Admin Fee: Waived.

• Key Features (Includes all Junior Standard features, plus):

  • 1 hour of complimentary table time per week (non-transferable, does not roll over).

  • Priority booking for tables and junior tournaments.

  • Invitation to exclusive junior coaching clinics or events (quarterly).

  • A quality cue, a cue ball and a chalk. *Terms and conditions apply

4. ADULT STANDARD MEMBERSHIP

• Monthly Fee: R 300

• Contract: Month-to-Month. 30-day rolling notice period for cancellation.

• Joining/Admin Fee: R 200 (one-time, non-refundable).

• Key Features:

  • Unlimited access during scheduled hours.

  • Member pricing on all club shop items *Cost price.

  • BYO privilege: Subject to corkage fee (R 50 p/p) and full BYO Policy.

  • Can sign in up to 3 guests per visit.

  • Eligible to participate in member leagues and tournaments.

5. ADULT PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

• Monthly Fee: R 375 (Billed Annually)

• Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term. Paid as an annual upfront sum of R 4,500 (saving R 300) OR via 12 monthly debit orders with a 2-month early cancellation penalty.

• Joining/Admin Fee: Waived.

• Key Features (Includes all Standard features, plus):

  • 1 hour of complimentary table time per week (bookable in advance, non-transferable).

  • 5% discount on all club shop *merchandise, terms and conditions apply.

  • Corkage Fee: Waived *Limited to member only!

  • Two complimentary guest Day Passes per month to introduce friends.

  • Exclusive invitations to “Member Only” social events and previews.

  • A quality pool cue, a cue ball and a chalk. *Terms and conditions apply
